DESCRIPTION:The University of Andorra\, through the Interdisciplinary Obser
	vatory of History\, Political Science\, International Relations and Europe
	an Union (OHPI-UE)\, is organising the II NUSCT International Conference j
	ointly with Åland University of Applied Sciences and the Åland Islands Pea
	ce Institute. The conference will take place on 19 and 20 May 2027 in Mari
	ehamn\, Åland Islands (Finland). It is the second international conference
	 of the NUSCT network (the Network of Universities of Small Countries and 
	Territories)\, of which both the UdA and Åland University of Applied Scien
	ces are members.\n\nUnder the theme Small States and Territories – big imp
	act?\, the conference will examine the role of small states and territorie
	s in promoting peace\, neutrality and multilateralism\, as well as their c
	ontribution to international diplomacy\, conflict resolution and dialogue 
	between countries.\n\nThe conference will bring together researchers from 
	the fields of history\, political science\, international relations\, Euro
	pean studies and peace studies\, with the aim of fostering knowledge excha
	nge and interdisciplinary debate on current global challenges.
