Description

"The presence of the past in museums and memorials": Conference in Berlin and Ravensbrück. Practices of remembrance are confronted with the ongoing task of questioning and updating themselves in the light of social developments. The conference of the Joint German-Polish and Joint German-Czech Textbook Commissions on "The Presence of the Past in Museums and Memorials", which will take place from 23-25 May 2024 on the grounds of the Ravensbrück Memorial, aims to contribute to the discussion on changes of this kind.
