Description

A new compulsory subject on 'History of Jews. The Holocaust' has been included in the high-school curriculum in Romania since the current school year. As part of the EU-funded RELATION project (www.relationproject.eu) the Intercultural Institute of Timisoara has provided resources and training to teachers in charge of the new subject. The event will review the experiences of the first year of implementation of the new curriculum, identify further needs of support and define plans for cooperation in the implementation of the education providions of the new National Strategy for Preventing and Combating Antisemitism, Xenophobia, Radicalisation and Hate Speech.
