About me
Researcher, team leader and fundraiser, history educator, educational tool developer, and evidence-based policy specialist. Between 2013 and 2021, I built a successful team of the Department of Education at the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes. With the best results in the institution's external evaluation, both in research and in grant funding (over one million EUR in the last eight years, more than all the other departments of the Institute combined), the team was awarded the silver Belma prize for the best European history education tool in 2022. I am currently working as an external expert on history teaching for the Council of Europe, The Institute for Contemporary History of the Czech Academy of Sciences. I teach historiography and social science research methods at the Anglo-American University.
