I received a fellowship from the Guggengeim Foundation to work on this matter (Carretero, 2011). In recent years I have developed efforts to analyse the impact of digital materials on history education (Carretero et al, 2022; Springer). I have developed basic and applied research on this issue creating digital materials for high school students through two R+D projects ( RTI2021-096495-B-I00 and TED-2021) from Agencia de Investigación and two transference contracts from Fundación General de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I am also the coordinator of the EU (Marie Curie Staff Exchange) Making Histories (548000 euros) (2023-2026).
