The USC Shoah Foundation's IWitness platform encourages student engagement with first-person stories from survivors and witnesses of genocide. It has a database of over 1,500 testimonies in multiple languages which are curated by topic and can be used by students of all ages. By exploring diverse subjects and themes, students develop democratic values such as empathy, understanding and respect.
