About me
Anna Batzeli (Άννα Μπατζέλη) earned her PhD in History from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2019. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH). Throughout her academic career, she has been actively involved in various research projects and initiatives, resulting in the publication of two books and numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, academic blogs, as well as presentations at workshops and conferences. She collaborates regularly with research institutions, academic associations, and scholars across Europe and beyond. She holds memberships and editorial roles in several prominent academic networks and organizations. Beyond academia, she actively collaborates with civil society organizations on contemporary social issues.
